      All the managers and support staff are interpreters and understand our profession. they are also very supportive. My interpreting colleagues are the BEST, I've learned so much as a professional since working here!

      It's very busy because we are in high demand!

      No Work Life Balance, Quick to go back on their word, no bonuses, no processes-you create the processes, micromanaging allowed if the person understands the job, no room for growth, training is lacked in certain positions
