      Pros

      Great coworkers, lots of opportunity within the organization if your current dept isn't a good fit, lots of leads provided, huge database to prospect out of, lots of jobs to present to nurses/clients, exclusive accounts to direct nurses to, easy to book

      Cons

      Must maintain a high productivity level in order to be successful. The average successful recruiter maintains 60-70 travelers on assignment. Interdepartmental relationships are not great but there are attempts to mend those bridges. Overall the most frustrating part is the high level of productivity one must maintain in order to be successful.

      Pros

      I've been here for almost 2 years and Merritt Hawkins has proven to be exactly what was promised to me from the beginning; unparalleled training and continuous support from supervisors and upper management, recognition of successes and "wins," ability to earn 100k plus with very achievable metrics, opportunity for constant professional growth and promotion, rewarding and supportive atmosphere from the company and management along with a very strong culture, and getting the opportunity to make a difference in the communities we serve.

      Cons

      The industry is very competitive so you must work hard. However, Merritt Hawkins does stand by their word and does reward you for the hard work put in.

      Compensation: great opportunity to earn $100k+ with achievable metrics Rewarding work: opportunity to do meaningful work in the healthcare space.

      Cons

      Competitive market: growth area so a lot of competitors have flowed into the space. Leading company so you are a target.
