      Enjoy what i do and very Happy with Mark Rosa Recruiter and Ronda my licensing gal.I have been working 9 months and will continue with this company

      Some problem with payroll errors that has now been great since going to E Timecards. Bye Bye key in errors!

      Pros

      Worked really hard to get you your desired assignment in desired location. Great housing locations or you can take the stipend allowance.

      Cons

      Had a few issues with payroll where my housing stipend wasn't factored into my pay. This a separate department so your recruiter can't really fix any mistakes that are made. There were quick to correct the problem and will wire you the missing amount.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. When there are a high number of contracts (jobs to place) the love is spread well and everyone is happy.

      Cons

      Corporate seems to care more about hiring tons of recruiters versus adding recruiters when the volume of jobs to fill is high. This makes it extra challenging to earn the amount of money commensurate with the tons of hours recruiters must work to succeed. Not flexible on working hours ... Promotions are more dependent on outside variables versus the merit system.
