      Pros

      If you land with the right team you'll enjoy working here despite the inability of senior management to grasp reality. But eventually it will catch up to you.

      Cons

      The leadership at this company is so out of touch with what is happening on the ground that they often spend 5x-10x more than they need to, especially in IT, and end up with stuff that barely works frustrating end users and everyone else. The burn out is extremely high and as another review mentioned, there's a revolving door the size of Texas.

      Not much to add here. Worst climate to work in IT ever!

      Cons

      IT management lacks any tact or ture vision - Its like working for a General Contractor. How long can you hang your hat on "In the old days, I use to go to Steve's house and work on his PC. Thats how I got this job..." The IT Operations folks are dysfunctional.
