If you like coasters and pens for a job well done this is the place. Oh and if annoying cheerleaders are your thing then you will definitely be on the top of the pyramid.

Cons

Lying is rewarded. Favorites are rewarded despite performance. Star employees are made to be sacrificial lambs when the company is taken to task for a broken system they didn't fix for the client. The character and moral compass of recruitment managers is horrific. Political aspirations? This is the place for you then.

Morale is low due to automation and offshore taking over

Pros

Remote options are better than most companies working 3 days remote and 2 days in office.

Cons

Massive leadership changes took place including a CEO change that completely changed the dynamic of the company for the worse. Most departments on shore team duties are being replaced with offshore team members and automation. The entire company is fearful for whats to come and counting down the days before they're informed their position is no longer needed.

Pros

AMN has been around so long, they have access to some really great contacts at tons of facilities. AMN has some strong leaders, but also some horrible ones so just make sure you are interviewing your future manager as well.

Cons

Overall AMN is very reactive and not innovative as they claim to be. There’s definitely a hierarchy, people with certain titles don’t feel the need to respond to others without a similar title. They really appreciate you when you’re doing great but when you’re struggling, they will not be there to pick you up.
