Work culture is dead. Do not expect to like or even be friends with your coworkers. Return to office mandate is also ridiculous as they have admitted it is mostly an optics issue and not performance driven. Layoff after layoff does not instill confidence in employees. In fact it makes us want to run full speed opposite direction. Lack of maternity leave for an organization this large with many women leaders, is laughable. There’s not plan for transitioning back, no coverage, and no consideration for mothers especially now with return to office mandate.
