      It's great for the first couple months of employment

      Pros

      There is a great cafe on site with a Starbucks, which all reviews have complimented on. There is plenty of parking and just a beautiful office setting. Managers will allow you to work your own preferred schedule.

      Cons

      Managers who only know how to manage up, and not their staff. No training or cross training. Small and uncomfortable 'work stations' or two to four desks in an office to fit more employees. Many mandatory weekends worked on top of a 40 hour weekday. Very quick turnover, is an understatement.

      Drama, Poor Communication

      Pros

      You will definitely have no shortage of work. A few very nice people. The corporate events are fun.

      Cons

      Drama. Constant drama. Leadership has horrible communication skills. Many positions have no written direction, no one can properly train because most positions do NOT have a backup. Very high turn over rate. You will not receive adequate pay for all the work you do. Very hard on meal penalties - supervisors will ask you to change your time, or wave being paid for time worked.

      Pros

      Nice front line staff. Nice building. Nice location. Parking wasn't bad.

      Cons

      Bad management. Training was the worst I've ever experienced in my entire professional career. Management communication skills need improvement. Especially for the newer managers who are intimidated easily.
