      Really, really disappointing.

      Pros

      That I don't work there anymore. There's a 20 word minimum, so um Starbucks?

      Cons

      Give you a database of nurses who other recruiters don't want to work with anymore/nurses that are retired. Horrible management, not genuine at all. Managers who don't deserve to be in the role they are in.

      Pros

      The food is pretty good in the cafe' & they provide healthy options.

      Cons

      This place is a dictatorship & they act like they care about their employees but they definitely don't. The pay is terrible & they do certain things for certain people - it is never across the board. Leadership has favorites and has no problem making that clear. Find yourself a company who actually cares about you because it isn't AMN.

      Great place to start a career; co-workers; very monetarily rewarding (sales positions); 401K matching; discounted benefits; onsite gym and amenities

      Cons

      Upper management not invested in its people; employees treated as replaceable commodities; growing too quickly for its infrastructural capacity; high turnover; inconsistencies in policies; very rigid in terms of processes and not open to suggestions or ideas; terrible sense of "leadership"; extremely low morale
