      Massive layoffs, only thing they care about is KPIs, leadership changes at the drop of a hat

      It was a great company to work for in the past

      work from home/remote. Work life balance.

      Cons

      Terrible and costly health insurance, micro management, very low base pay and commission structure was also very low. They say you can make a lot of money here, but that is very unrealistic. I wouldn't recommend AMN unless you need a job and a quick paycheck.
