Clear promotion paths based off of placements and not management.
Cons
The leadership could care less about the employees. The sales process is also designed in a manner that allows for unethical sales behavior, that is then tolerated by mangement. Also, when hired the HR staff mislead me about hours to be worked. You can expect to work 50-60 hours per week and from 8:00-8:00 every Tuesday and Wednesday.
