I was hired with an average base and was told I would eventually have a full desk pulling in a lot of money. That never happened and it was an incredibly boring job and one in which I basically trained myself. No new accounts coming down the pipeline, some big accounts were lost, very sub-par technology, a layoff in May and a restructuring meeting in September. I knew the writing was on the wall for me so I requested to be released from my non-compete at that time and then again when I was laid off in November, and they would not release me from it. Overall I learned a lot about myself and I have landed exactly where I need to be in my career,

Intimidation tactics, Made up wrong doings

Cons

Too much focus on appareance, tons of audio issues (but then, the employee is blamed for not understanding the client). On your end of the month evaluation, they literally made things up. Toxic environment.

- Tuition Reimbursement up to 5K - Work-Life Balance is high - Caring, Respectful, Humble Team members - Great technical problems to solve - Generous bonus plan - Good remote work setup and support system

Cons

- Leadership vacuum, lack of cohesive strategic vision to remain incumbent in the staffing field. - More outsourcing than homegrown talent - Lack of integration of acquisitions over the years - Too much fire fighting last minute, not enough focus on curing long accrual of tech debt.
