Pros

Not many pros to be honest.

Cons

Unrealistic quotas and sales goals. No standard operating procedures, which means each branch/staffing manager is doing their job differently - no consistency. High turnover do to attrition. Benefits not great, expensive.

Nice Company; Challenging Work/Life Balance

Pros

Most everyone is very compassionate about the company and their roles. Most realize the impact they bring and the value they have. It is always fulfilling when you know you have a purpose and that you're needed. There is VERY strong representation of women among leadership - which is awesome. Very diverse and very caring about the community and various causes. I was in a non-production role and management was pretty good.

Cons

With the compassion that everyone brings comes a ton of time at the office. Most folks I know in my old role work 10+ hours on average daily. During busier times, that could be 14-16 hours. I went through times where I worked two weeks straight (including weekends) at 16 hours a day. Lunch and bathroom breaks were extremely difficult most days. Granted, it was an important time and project (1.5 years long) and everyone was pulling those hours - but it left scars and was mentally and physically straining to not just me as an employee, but also family.

We absolutely care about the work/life balance of each team member and, from what I understand, your balance was out of alignment for a period of time. That would never be our goal.
