Pay sucks, perks are cool, a lot of micromanagement
Pros
Downstairs had a Starbucks and the cafeteria was pretty solid. I loved 99% of my coworkers. So many great colleagues that I built lasting friendships with
Cons
-Pay The pay for recruiters when I was there was a base of 37k. I think they bumped it to 39k now but you don’t make any real commission at all until you get 15+ nurses traveling with you concurrently. Everything is a metric. They keep track of every single thing to the point where it hurts morale. -all their top recruiters left for Aya because of the pay. People that they had for 10+ years. Literally the top 2 recruiters left, not to mention dozens of their managers all within 6 months too. Which goes to show you how much they underpay -they also make you write reviews and 100% track what you write. They said they don’t but I’ve known people that got talked to after writing a review. I had to lie and told them I did. Be very weary of all the 5* reviews
