      Pros

      Good working environment. Lots of opportunity.

      Cons

      Low organizational maturity. Obvious gaps in the abilities of some of the senior leadership. Executive leaders allow the enterprise to take on more than it can handle and are then surprised at the poor results.

      You are just a number

      Pros

      Nice co-workers, cafe & small gym in the building.

      Cons

      Micro Management, they treat you like a number all the way up to the CEO & HR. The pay is also really low for recruitment. High turn over (new recruiters are starting every 5-6wks!)
