      Great company culture, great volume and quality of advancement/career opportunities, leader in the industry, management values strong work ethic, leadership encourages and supports a work/life balance

      Cons

      Not always thorough follow through on projects, raises and bonuses in Credentialing are small

      Good place to gain experience

      Pros

      Great place to gain experience, most people in my department stay a year or two then are able to move on to a growth opportunity with another company. Company overall treats employees well, decent benefits (nothing special). Work/life balance is good.

      Cons

      No opportunity for telecommuting Low pay No opportunity for advancement for those who don't "fit the mold," which results in no thought diversity in leadership. Leaders are great bean counters but lack vision.
