      Poor Ethics and No Resources

      Pros

      There are some good people that work there. Unfortunately they are overshadowed by poor leadership and a toxic work culture.

      Cons

      If you are considering a job here, just ask about the turnover rate there. Roughly 50% of new hires don't even make it through training. Leadership here is incredibly poor. Managers act like used car salesmen with their high pressure close tactics. If you have an integrity, you won't fit in here - unethical, screw over another employee practices are encouraged. Leadership is also very hesitant to change and technology. Employees aren't given a laptop and leaders are convinced technology hasn't changed the way you sell (resistant to emails, cold calls only). Employees are treated very poorly. It's common to hear a manager mock another employee in front of the entire team.

      Pros

      They're very convincing during the interview process.

      Cons

      Everyone is out to prove that they are better than you, and there is a lot of time spent belittling and sabotaging new employees - even by one's own manager. Most of business happens in informal conversations, so your chances of inclusion and getting up to speed are even slimmer. Strongly recommend you keep records of contradictory information that makes you look bad, as your boss/coworkers will throw you under the bus. Benefits are HORRID and they should be ashamed of themselves, being a healthcare company.
