      Team support- everyone wants everyone to succeed, incredible training program for new recruiters that teaches you everything you need to know!

      Cons

      seems to be high turnover among recrutiers

      Pros

      The location and facilities are beautiful. Gym, cafe, coffee, fun people. All of that is great. AMN has a young, vibrant feel and a ton of energy with the employees. It is a great place to work if you are fresh out of college and ready to start your career.

      Cons

      Long term employees are under valued. No raises and commissions are lowered even if you are doing well. No work from home options. Favoritism is rampant.

      Pros

      The team members are wonderful and everyone is friends with each other.

      Cons

      "Management" is a joke. They command orders but do not lead by example. They spend their days bad mouthing other employees and shop on the Internet. They play favorites and are very obvious about it (everyone on the team is aware, even if they are not willing to admit it to HR). Advancement is based on relationships rather than merit.
