Long standing stable history; Many members of the company have been here for 10 plus years; No limit to how successful you can be; Consistent training and career growth development; Many ways to be compensated; Being part of the West Coast region means traveling to great locations and representing great locations; Continued increase in success company wide due to wonderful marketing team bringing in solid business

Cons

High turnover for those who cannot grasp the concept of the business; Many factors are out of your control - it's all about managing the way to react to those things

openly racist company. Management is there only for a check. This company will hire anyone that has the look they are going for. My coworker has a felony and no really work experience but he makes more than me because he is the right skin color.
