      Pros

      I've been impressed by AMN's commitment to ethics and rewarding their high performing employees.

      Cons

      It is unfortunate to have direct competitors that are also owned by AMN. Not all divisions are treated equally yet, although I believe it is something that corporate is working on. HR has been a mess, but if you don't have a reason to interact with them, you'd never know.

      Ability to travel. Aid with receiving license endorsement in another state

      Unable to contact recruiters after you sign your contract. Late notice housing assignments.
