      Pros

      Great, extensive training program that prepares people to be successful in a sales-oriented position.

      Cons

      Not for the faint of heart. Peaks are really high, but valleys are really low. You must maintain a great level of activity on the phone and computer to be successful.

      Pros

      I have worked for several companies in the past and AMN Healthcare is by far the best. As the company grows they continue to put employees first and make great decisions to ensure we remain the best in the industry.

      Cons

      Training employees from all departments as quickly as possible so everyone can work together more effectively. Parking can get crowded if you are not there early.
