      Small department, small book of business…

      Cons

      Small department, small book of business… the department/division within AMN is run by individuals who have been around the system for too long and don’t like new thoughts or ideas. The leaders who are women do not like women, and they will try to teach you the system, but they leave you to manage everything by yourself and when you ask for help you are told you should know already.
