      Pros

      Prior to the dip in 3rd party healthcare staffing and the layoffs that came with it, the job was at least stable with few chances of being made redundant.

      Cons

      The company has an massive "tooth to tail" ratio; That is, there's an endless sea of middle managers (tail) overseeing a small number of employees that perform the actual work (teeth), resulting in a never ending onslaught of horrendous ideas from managers doing anything and everything to standout and get promoted.

      From great to good.

      Pros

      Overall it's full of good people and flex work is appreciated. Just not as great as it used to be.

      Cons

      They used to really take care of their employees, the last few years and change in leadership feels more like the employee benefits that ARE there are because they were already in place before the new leadership.
