      The industry leader in the rapidly growing world of healthcare. With the resources in place and almost 30 years of continued growth, there's an outstanding team behind you and there to help you succeed and grow. I've been here almost 10 years and couldn't ask for a better organization as I continue along my promotional and career path.

      Cons

      Traveling isn't for everyone, but the in office/out office mix is absolutely perfect for me. It could be a con for some, but for most it is fantastic to see other parts of the country and meet with executives from our nation's leading healthcare organizations.

      Working at Merritt Hawkins over the years has helped me build an incredible sales acumen, presentation/consulting skills and also work in one of the most economically stable industries in the country. I would highly recommend Merritt Hawkins for any sales professional looking to sell 1) a higher level product to C-suite clients, 2) receive the best industry training, 3) limitless opportunity for promotion to lead and train new consultants, 4) achieve YOY income goals well above other sales professionals in other industries. Being a sales professional I want to represent a product and brand that is the best and an industry leader. Merritt Hawkins is the only name in our industry when positioned correctly that has zero competition. Waking up every morning, boarding a flight, conducting a meeting or conference call, I have the pride of working for and with the best in our industry.

      A nice perk is keeping all the travel rewards, miles, points etc.
