      Integrity and great communication throughout the process

      Pros

      I was very impressed with how well the recruiters kept up with me to ensure the best experience during my travels. Also, when injured during an assignment, they went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Truly great integrity as a company.

      Cons

      In hindsight, I have no complaints. I think they negotiated a fair contract and facilitated multiple extensions at a facility I was at.

      You get what you put in when you work here! Tons of room for growth and constant talent development. Great company culture!

      If you are not a hard worker and do not like being on the phone you will not succeed here!

      Found jobs fairly quickly - pretty good pay - no issues with pay check

      Cons

      big company - recruiters have a lot of different nurses so they get you mixed up with other nurses sometimes
