      Good training program done by very knowledgable mentors.

      Cons

      In recruitment you have to be willing to work over time to meet sales goals and giving up your social life during the weekdays is recommended.

      Pros

      My travel recruiter, Ellen, contacted me several times throughout my assignment to assure that my needs were met, all my questions were answered and to just see how I was doing in general. If unavailable, she made sure I had another person to contact if needed. I feel well taken care of by my recruiter and NursesRx.

      Cons

      My compensation of my first assignment was a bit low but that was due to my lack of negotiation and knowledge of being a travel tech. No fault of the company but make sure as a future employee to ask for what you're worth!
