      Nice office. Not much else to say.

      Cons

      Unprofessional. You will be asking all of the questions about the role and the company. No information will be voluntarily provided. No feedback, even after multiple attempts to reach your interviewer.

      Pros

      There are some really great managers working at AMN that care deeply about their employees and the future of the company. AMN is also a large, successful corporation with competitive salaries and benefits.

      Cons

      The training needs a lot of work...it was very rushed and disorganized and did not set new hires up for success or support. Employees are overburdened with unmanageable work loads and there is a negative attitude and sense of frustration floating around the office. They also promote a series of "core values" but in reality do not actually live up to them or encourage employees to abide by them.

      Pros

      The entire atmosphere at the office is positive from the top down. The management is attentive, supportive and committed to the success of each and every team member. There is open communication and managers are quick to acknowledge a job well done and to personally thank employees for their efforts. I'm always happy to go to work and feel energized at the end of the day. I highly recommend this company to anyone - and I DO recommend it to people I know. Before I took this job, I read some negative online reviews about AMN, which concerned me - but I can tell you that absolutely everyone I talk to at work is happy and loves the company. I'm so glad I didn't listen to the minority!

      Cons

      The only con I can possibly say is that healthcare benefits don't kick in for 90 days for employees. I'm sure they have their reasons, but as a healthcare company, I think this should be reduced.
