      You can make a lot of money here. This company is well established.

      If you join the RPO team, you will get zero training of the client and get run over by the position. Beware.

      Pros

      It may depend on what office location you are in, but I was not in San Diego. There are not many pros I can think of. A lot if the good reviews are staged or written by corporate. I did not encounter many happy people at all.

      Cons

      Old, out dated technology. The job is mindless and there is little to no support. The processes are not efficient and they are not open to listening to employees on how to change them. For a company this size, the benefits for employees are terrible. It shows how very little they care about the people that work for them. Health insurance is absolutely terrible and the coverage is minimal. The high level leadership should be looking at ways to make employees happy and treat them better. Production is jammed down your throat and everyone is only a number. Nurses, employees, it doesn't matter. Onto the next. If you do not hit your goal, they make you feel less than human. This organization has a long way to go when it comes to treatment of employees.
