Pros

Mostly nice people. Starbucks, cafe and gym on site. Decent pay if you have experience. Break areas on every floor for employees.

Cons

Be prepared for micromanagement and blatant favoritism. Some recruiters are able to increase pay or housing amenities if management likes you. If you're not a drinker you probably won't fit in. Drinking alcohol in the office is a common place and even announced over the p.a. It is difficult to keep nurses happy when pay gets lowered after booking. But if the rate goes up ... then nurses that are already booked get stuck with lower pay (the early bird will usually get the smallest worm) Databases are large but not useful, most are retired, difficult or dead.

Pros

-Be a difference maker. The opportunity to bring healthcare providers to a community or organization with a critical need for healthcare. People will live longer and more healthy lives as a result of the work you do. -This is not a job, it is a career. A defined promotion path, ample leadership opportunity, a since of "giving back", excellent support staff, and unmatched financial potential. -Mentor-based training program for marketing and recruiting roles. An experienced consultant with a vested interest in your future will insure you have the skills to be successful. - Part of a winning team that helps more healthcare providers find their next practice than any other company in the industry. -Access to resources. A volume of internal and external sales and recruiting resources that is unmatched.

Cons

Marketing and recruiting roles are sales positions so there are minimum daily activity standards and monthly quotas. Your leader and your team team will provide support, but it is your responsibility to put forth the effort. Outgoing personalities with a drive to be the best and a level of self awareness will excel.
