I worked at Merritt Hawkins almost straight out of college. They provided great sales training for someone of my tenure They are the top player in their industry and it helps with selling against the competition. Healthcare is not recession proof, but it is recession resistant and provides a great opportunity within a challenging and fulfilling industry, the opportunity to make a very rewarding financial living ($150K) and recognition from your peers and leaders.

Hard work lots of phone work so be prepared process driven, so you must be willing to buy into their system
