      Cafe, gym, flexible work hours, good management, amazing co-workers

      Cons

      Company is growing so they are running out of office space. Moving people around a lot. Offices should be for managers and not meeting space.

      Pros

      They have positive health goals for employees. Their company culture is amazing. The company supports and encourages minority and female employment. Top execs are female.

      Cons

      Upward mobility is hazy. It's easy to get stuck in a department and have no clear path of where you are heading. At the time Staffcare merged with AMN and the transition was difficult on the technology side, but I heard they worked al of that out.
