      Great people but could do with some improvements

      Pros

      The culture and people here are probably the best I've ever worked with. Everyone brings their personality and works together to drive results. Is one of the only places I've worked at where I see such a large quantity of women and POC in positions of power.

      Cons

      There has been a slight shift from people focused to numbers focused in the culture. New leadership has started to move away from investing in people and long term goals and more on short-term goals and margins for shareholders. Salaries are slightly under average (despite being labelled as "competitive") and merit increases barely cover inflation rises. Medical insurance isn't the best (BCBS), they were going to change it but then that never happened.

      Employees Are Disposable | Dishonest Leadership

      Remote position with the opportunity to work overtime.

      Cons

      This job opportunity feels like being thrown to the wolves, with insufficient training across various role aspects. While my immediate leader excelled as a salesman, leadership skills were lacking, often focusing on selling the idea of being a good leader rather than genuinely supporting the team.
