      Great company under Susan. She valued the employees.

      Cons

      Cary Grace brought her people in who worked for companies known for reorganizing companies to include downsizing and outsourcing. The clients will not be happy with this model.

      - Very low salary - Constant flow of calls when you get paid per hour - Fixed hours according to their convenience, you are not allowed to choose your own schedule - Lack of communication

      Work from home is allowed

      Cons

      Poor management, a never-ending cycle of poor communication across all levels. Both customers and employees are mistreated; there's a lack of listening, care, and compassion. I wouldn't advise considering this company for employment.
