      Pros

      Management is supportive of personal and career goals. Tools provided to be successful. Beautiful location in SD. Great team spirit. I plan to stay here forever.

      The work from home opportunities stopped. That was a nice perk for some.

      Great people and on site gym.

      Cons

      Unnecessarily corporate environment with a visible peking order. Extremely low pay. In addition, they will nickel and dime you for any promotion/raise you recieve. I was promoted and the raise that I was quoted was later changed when I recieved written agreement. This company has been known to hire people and then lay them off because of their budget. They will work you into the ground and hold unrealistic expectations.
