Pros

I was a travel nurse with American Mobile from late 2009 to July of 2012. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience, and would recommend American Mobile to others. I was very satisfied with my recruiter, Amanda Solar (she is the best), whom I felt addressed my needs and supported me in my assignments, and whom I felt "went to bat for me". The only negative I have is regarding compensation, which is detailed below.

Cons

I did not like having to negotiate a salary each time I renewed an assignment or started a new asssignment. I felt that as a professional with many years experience, I should not have had to negotiate a commensurate salary.

I was fortunate enough to work with people I liked. They offer plenty of benefits including adoption assistance. Overall, it was a good experience

Cons

I left because I saw people who had been in the same position for years without being promoted. However, after I left one of my co-workers got a job in another department and is making more money, but is working a lot of over-time hours to get his work done.

The people & the corporate office location.

Cons

Poor compensation and commission opportunity ; technology from 1985, maybe. The company's main objective is to be a 10% EBITA company , so they stick it to their clients in the form of increasing rates but fail to compensate the people responsible for these increases/ "wins."
