      I didn't like it at all

      Pros

      If you're looking for home office and speak english fluently, you'll find the job easy. I learned a lot about medicine, healthcare and the body.

      Cons

      Everything else. If you go to the restroom you gotta notify a supervisor. The job is mentally and emotionally exhausting.

      The benefits. Having a steady salary

      Cons

      We didn't get a raise in 5 years. They care more about how you look on camera and if you smile to rude customers, than your actual work. Back to back calls all the time on video, it's exhausting. And if you need a couple more break minutes in a day, you get reported. No chance to grow
