      Not Terrible but sometimes unorganized.

      Pros

      - Large network of jobs - Fast and easy access to payroll department and recruiter - Competitive pay but they will sometimes cut corners

      Cons

      - There seems to be confusion about certain questions when asked about paycheck, stipends, reimbursements, etc. - They will play hardball in negotiations and they have given offers that just are flat out bad. They will negotiate a better wage for you but you sometimes have to push them - As a traveler they will sometimes tell you what you want to hear as far as taxes and stipulations with travel work. It's up to you to understand the laws and allowances.

      Could be worse

      Management, too many rules, not flexible, tiring job, no good incentives

      Good for medical interpreters

      Calls are always back to back. Busy shifts.
