      Too many priorities; Too many politics and super expensive benefits

      Onsite cafe and gym Nice building; clean and very secure environment Plenty of parking Friendly people

      Cons

      Extremely expensive benefits; Lack of collaborative planning at the leadership level; way too many priorities (nothing is important if everything is important); far too many politics and gossiping; lots of drama at the senior leader level; lack of open and honest communication from leaders; leaders do not really spend time developing other leaders, even though they "say" they do.

      my managers were great people, very professional

      little opportunity for advancement, about 100 percent travel so really for the pay isn't worth being away from home every week
