      *Promoted based on "good old boy" system *Benefits expensive for a division of large public company (AMN Healthcare) *Huge turnover - if people make it 8 months, that's a life time *Production varies with economy but goals are not adjusted to allow for that

      Most managers make an effort to be flexible with work schedules, etc. The company has a gym and cafeteria on site.

      Cons

      Not overly generous on compensation, information is very siloed and not usually forthcoming, certain departments are so territorial it makes getting the job done efficiently very challenging. Company is very insular and not open to new ideas/best practices.
