Remote work from home office. Communication with same-language colleagues possible through Teams platform. Stable work with a set shift.

Cons

-Low pay. No clear pay scale, with colleagues with no or less work experience and no credentials getting paid significantly more than colleagues with national certification and long experience. No clear reason. -Micromanagement of employees. -Increasingly restrictive & rigid rules. -No real employee appreciation shown in any way or form to best employees or top performers.

Good company culture and enjoy the people I work with

Cons

Pay is not worth it. Other agencies pay a lot more in base and equal or better in commission. They have to answer to shareholders as a publicly traded company, so their margins are much more slim.
