      Pros

      AMN Healthcare employs some amazingly talented individuals who are kind and caring towards their co-workers. I met wonderful people while working there.

      Cons

      The anxiety that existed among the employees was palpable. There was a structure in which staff were constantly stack ranked against each other and the "bottom" would be cut without preparation for the turnover. This impacted projects, clients, and the clinicians that were dpending on that employee's follow up. The vision became quite short sighted and it hurt the morale and work that was produced across the company. It wasn't an environment that I wanted to continue to be a part of.

      Pros

      Benefits - Health Insurance and 401K is good Remote work is good, not overly micromanaged if you are on the right team. Nice Culture - so far everyone seems respectful

      Cons

      Corporate Antics - this is just the standard for any and all agencies Clock in and out - some see this as an advantage in order to get overtime. I miss being salary Monthly Bonus' - must wait until the very last week of every month to get your bonus' vs on an actual payroll week

      Very independent work space, no bad boss following you, you are responsible for doing the job you’re hired for and they give you the tools to do your job, no stress.. love it
