      Horrible company to work for....

      Pros

      Credentialing experience to help when looking for a real career or dream jobcause this is not it.

      Cons

      Company upper management is not supportive or you or your role, managers manager through fear and intimidation. Lots and lots of favoritism Production rules and what they say goes. Bonus structure is a joke and benefits the production team.

      Pros

      There really aren't any. Be careful of working for a company that AMN acquires. They will tell you they aren't going to change your culture... and then a year later, things will start to change. I have seen it happen first hand within two different companies. The turnover rate at both is deplorable. They don't care. They've bought the company for the "product"; the people who work there are disposable.

      Cons

      They drastically changed compensation structures, decreased PTO allowance, placed our company in a position to be constantly competing internally which ruined morale and engagement; we have a nearly 40% turnover rate. It's a disaster. Our company experienced drastic compensation cuts in the same year that it registered growth; the CEO (Susan Salka) received millions of dollars as an annual bonus, while the employees suffered up to 10% pay cuts. Not cool. are waiting for people to quit who "know better" so they can hire people at a lower salary who don't know better. This place stinks.
