      Pros

      Great name in the industry and they have a great introductory training program that last 3 months+.

      Cons

      Culture: Boys Club. Accounts are decided by favoritism not by best fit. Leadership isn't supportive and the goals needed to get promoted can be a moving target controlled by regional leadership. Again, it's important to fit into the culture or you will not be successful. It's not based on your ability but your willingness to play the game with leadership. Long hours are expected. If you leave on time you've left early.

      Professional, welcoming, room for growth, puts employees as a priority. I'm astounded by how well people are treated at this company. So refreshing!

      Antiquated management who are clueless on how to recruit in current times but are filled to the brim with generic sales anecdotes Little to no opportunity to advance beyond Senior Director Disconnected work environment Extremely high turnover: low starting salary=low caliber talent
