Pros

Ive been a travel OT with AMN for over a year now and its been great. AMN has many departments that are all specialized in whatever you need assistance with (payroll, benefits, health, licensing) and they do really well at working with you diligently to get everything in order.

Cons

Other companies have been known to pay more. Ive only worked with AMN so can't say for sure if this is true.

Cons

Low pay for local contracts. Found out I’m making $10-$15 less per hour than other local W2 contracts with the similar benefits and caseloads.
