A training program that has too many trainees packed into a tiny room on top of each other every day, half of which had working computer software and half that didn't., combined with a trainer that seemed to be still managing a team while working on their own book of business and had never trained more than 8 people at a time - their admission. When asking for help you were either told to go get it from someone else or call someone else to find the same trainer sit down for 45 minutes with the next person in line after you. Forget about telling a manager or anyone in a position of power about your concerns - they will plaster a fake Miss America smile across their face and blurt out a number of gems like, 'trust the process... life is what you make it... everyone here wants you to be successful'. And if you're lucky you will be told after continuously seeking out help and not receiving it, that you have offended someone by not feeling supported.

Micromanaging. Last supervisor had no experience in the role and our team suffered a lot as a result. She should never have been given the supervisor position. She was awful!
