Pros

Decent pay. Co-workers are great.

Cons

Worst company to work for. They spend more money replacing people than they do training them.

Pros

The coworkers are very dedicated, and the population you help as much needed.

Cons

After 10 years new management was brought in. The past 4 years were extremely rough with more and more benefits being removed. 8 years of no cost of living increases. Had to quit after management accused me of lying, discrimination, and negligence. After 14 years of working there with no complaints or write-ups. Weak union, only said one word during the entire meeting, then never answered emails or calls. After 14 years left an incredibly bitter taste in my mouth, as if my service meant nothing when they got one complaint.

Pros

401k match wasn’t to bad .

Cons

Kept trying to get me to go out with out meds . The pay here is awful. Plus the ambulances are in a dismal state . My supervisor and coworkers were literally running a clinic with expired meds and one not sure which? Was using multiple needles and syringes but not on patients? So I reported them and the our supervisor complained to me about reporting them .
