Pros

I very much enjoyed my time at AMR. San Joaquin county is an awesome place to work. My supervisors and HR were professional and treated me fairly. I got a lot of experience in a very short amount of time from the high acuity of the calls. Overall I recommend it.

Cons

Overworking can be an issue due to poor staffing. I only got mandated a few times, though, and mandate pay was always good.

Pros

Nationwide opportunites. Ability to transfer between locations.

Cons

Not the family atmosphere they portray. Will not stand behind their employees. Regularly refused to allow downtime after 24+ hours of running calls.
