Unprofessional management. Terrible pay (min wage), dangerous work environment, incompetent supervisors, profit driven ambulance service means that your health and safety come last, poor health insurance, anti-union and you are a faceless/easily replaceable nobody to them. Unbelievably high employee turnover rates for a reason. No one works there for more than a few months.
