-They pay you on time. -most units have their own equipment.

Cons

The people experience here is horrible. Management is distant. No one even says hello to each other as they walk by each other. Manager doesn’t even introduce themselves to you. You would think a manager would at least stop by orientation to say hello to new employees. That doesn’t even occur. Never once have I heard a positive word out of management here. Supervisors stand by to pounce you. Why did that call take so long.? Then they accuse you of lying about it without facts to back their assumption.

Pros

As a pre-med student, AMR is a great place to get a lot of clinical hours, and in DeKalb county, EMT-Bs frequently get to run 911 calls.

Cons

The hours are long, but the experience is worth it.
