      Good money, terrible company

      Pros

      Good money, start around 70k+ Union (Not a great union but it's there) Employees are good people for the most part Good exposure and learning in a fast paced 911 service

      Cons

      Expensive union dues Management as a whole is terrible and nonexistent. No communication, and immoral decisions Disregards union contract Off late (Usually) 4 to 6 months for uniforms (Seen as long as a year) Paychecks make little to no sense This list could go on for awhile.....
