Pros

Benefits One can transfer to another city if need be.

Cons

Will not work with school shifts. Say they will, but eventually do not. Get off late almost every day. Com does not care if you need off. 30 minutes late off, is not late. 2 hours late plus constantly, makes one irritable. Every policy handed out ends with and or termination. The only time you are called to office is for a reprimand. Supervision is not there to help field staff, it is there to find fault with field staff. Moral is down the drain. CCT crews utilized as supervision use that position to farm out their calls. Com Center is not monitored accurately. Crew complaints about such are shrugged off.
